We Help Local Charities
The charity has awarded over £3 million in grants since it was established in 1934. Each year we give approximately £100,000 to charities which provide support to the local community. We support projects or specific capital projects rather than contributing to revenue costs and prefer to make relatively modest grants to a wide number of applicants.
Areas We Help
We provide grants to registered charities working in Lancashire, Greater Manchester, and Merseyside (including the unitary areas of Blackburn, Blackpool, Halton, and Warrington).
